Individual Tenant Report Pricing & Explanations of Reports

Tenant, Business & Canadian Credit – Available to All Clients who have a completed & approved residential or commercial inspection. Tenant Credit Reports: Pre-Qualify Applicants (Tenant) – Includes a Risk Score from 1 or 2 national credit bureaus (TransUnion or Experian)(1) Single Credit Bureau – $9.95 per report or $18.00 for Both Note: A FICO score may not appear if your applicant has insufficient credit.

Canadian Credit Reports - $27.00

Must have a Canadian Social Security # - Turn-around time is 24hours.

Business Credit Reports - $55.00

Pre-Qualify A Business for a Commercial Location - (24 to 48 hours - turn-around time)

Credit & Two National Eviction Combo - $16.95

Instant Nationwide Criminal Background Search - $13.00

Two - Nationwide Eviction Search - $9.00

Provides prior tenant evictions filings, which may include address of case, date files, plaintiff name, and possible outcome of case, PLUS Sex Offender, Terrorist search, and Most Wanted Criminal search.

Social Security Number Verification (Social Trace) - $6.00

No credit information given. This service will provide you with a list of names and addresses that are associated with the input SSN.

Report Bad Debtors to All 3 Credit Bureaus - $13.00 Per Tenant

You keep 100% of the money collected. On-time fee to send details to credit bureau.

TeleCheck - $4.00 Per Applicant

History of bad checks provided. This helps you determine if you should not accept checks from future residents.

Employment Report - $9.95

Purposes of hiring employees at your place of employment

Fax Request: - $1.50 extra

Any Report can be request via Fax, but must be paid at time of request. Fax reports are only available West Coast time and Business days excluding Holidays.
